Easy Apple Smoothie

  • 3 cups apples
  • 11/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice (cube)
  • 2 tbsps granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

- Place all ingredients in blender; cover.

- Blend until smooth.

- Pour into tall glasses and serve!
