My food intake : 11 May 2011

Breakfast:
1 cup of Nasi Goreng
1 slice of white bread with 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter & jelly spread

Tea Break:
1 cup of hot tea
1 piece of kuih koci
1 piece of kuih kasui - without kelapa parut

Lunch:
1 cup of white rice
1 piece of grilled fish + kicap sambal
1 piece of egg tofu

Tea Break:
1 piece of kuih koci
1 piece of kuih kasui

Dinner:
1 cup of white rice
1 medium piece of chicken
1 senduk of soy sauce chicken fillet
1 scoop of tofu in broth

Supper:
3 piece of steamed dim sum
1 glass of teh bunga
